Our server hosts channels and movies from many countries. This issue may be resolved if we cancel channels from some regions.

▼ How can I change the subscription password?

Log in to our website using your email and password. Go to “Service” → “Active” → “Change Line Password”. Enter new password in both fields and click “Save”.

▼ How can I cancel channels from my subscription?

Log in → “Service” → “Active” → “Manage Bouquets” → select channels → “Save”. Finally, update your app to apply the changes.

▼ How long does it take to activate after purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated instantly. If unpaid, we’ll manually activate it within 1–3 hours.

▼ Which devices are supported?

▼ How do I get support if a channel is buffering?
